One-Step Process

By eliminating the need to fixture components, the Mueller Solder Station increases productivity on the soldering production line by 300 percent.

Conventional soldering process:
  • 1. Parts are placed in fixtures.
  • 2. Parts are soldered.
  • 3. Parts are removed from fixtures.
Mueller Soldering process:

1. The operator lifts parts to the heated solder tip and advances the solder with an electronically controlled foot pedal.
