Consistent Solder Joint – Every Time

The Mueller Solder Station improves process control by giving the operator more time to correctly heat the solder joint.

Additionally, the Mueller Solder Station contains product features that perform the solder function with greater repeatability.

Temperature Control:

A dial indicator that flashes when temperature climbs, and remains steady once it reaches the desired temperature.

Speed:

Controls the rate at which the solder moves toward the tip of the heating element.

Span Modes:

Two span modes control the length of solder dispensed through the solder tip, either in discreet amounts or continuously by
operator control.

Tip Adjustment:Controls the position of the solder tip.

Vertical Swing Adjustment:
15 degrees up and 45 degrees down.Range of motion allows the user flexibility in the angle of the approach.

Horizontal Swing Adjustment:
54 degrees from the zero-degree position for a total of 108 degrees.
