The Mueller Blue-Flex™ M12 connector cable with pin positions 3, 4, and 5 is used for any drag chain and robotic applications. Our Blue-Flex™ connector cables are designed for flexibility beyond today’s standards, with silicone insulated conductors wrapped in a silicone jacket.
How do we do it? Each connector cable is manufactured with a silicone jacket material for maximum flexibility. We use a silicone that is ultra flexible with a bend radius of Static ≥ 4*OD and Dynamic ≥ 8*OD. Dielectric Test: 200V, no breakdown. The Conductor Resistance is 59.4Ω/KM @ 20°C max. Don’t trust just any connector cable. Reliability is critical and you won’t find a more reliable manufactured product from anyone else.
The Mueller Blue-Flex™ M12 connector cable is offered with male or female configurations. It also comes in various orientations available in straight, right angle, and open end, unshielded, various lengths, A-coding, and 22 AWG.
Our instrumentation cables comply with IEC 61076-2-101 Industry 4.0 and NEMA2000 standard. The voltage rating is 300 V AC/DC and operating temperature is -40° C to 150° C (302° F). Our cables are FT2 flame-test rated, RoHS 3 compliant and IP68 safety rated.
